Machines and equipment fleet
Flint Eurasia disposes of a rich fleet of construction machines and equipment necessary to complete works in the far north. Our equipment range includes but is not limited to: Caterpillar bulldozers, pipe-laying machines and pile-driving equipment, equipment for leader and horizontal boring, pipe benders, loader and hydraulic manipulators, portable welding stations in complete configuration based on AWD vehicles and special sledges, mobile laboratories for non-destructive testing, equipment for heat treatment, Lincoln welding machines, compressors, diesel electric stations and electric laboratory. To carry out special works we use pipe cutting equipment for bevels, clamping centering skids, sand-blasting and painting equipment.
Production facilities and man camp
Flint Eurasia owns a field support base and field camp in Khariaginsky village, Nenets Autonomous Area, Archangelsk region.
The support base consists of: workshops, warehouse, garages, parking places and a camp accommodating up to 168 people. The camp offers all conveniences for work and rest. The rooms are furnished to accommodate field workers in any season independent of the weather conditions. The camp has a canteen for 72 people, as well as kitchen rooms fully equipped to cook a range of dishes. Moreover, it has shower rooms and WC, laundry and dryer for overalls. A TV room offers satellite television and upholstered furniture. A specialized catering company provides us with three meals a day and additional meals, as well as overall room cleaning.
Truck based Non-Destructive Lab
Mobile non-destructive testing and diagnostics laboratory of Flint Eurasia Ltd. are equipped with modern equipment and non-destructive testing means. Highly-qualified non-destructive testing helps increase the reliability of potentially dangerous objects; the laboratory’s staff is independent of other company departments, which guarantees objective testing results.
The laboratory carries out most of the quality control works at each stage of project realization. These works include: technical diagnostics, expert inspection and non-destructive testing of pipeline welds, steel structures, equipment and other elements of potentially hazardous facilities supervised by the Russian State Committee for Industrial and Mining Safety.

Non-destructive testing laboratory is equipped with modern devices and consumables, a dark room for image development, high-duty X-ray machines by ERESKO 42MF, Seifert etc.
Electric laboratory
The electric laboratory carries out a range of tests and measurements of electric equipment and units with voltage up to and over 1000V.
The electric laboratory is equipped with microosmometers, voltage meters, infrared image convertors, pyrometer, current meters, clamp-on ammeter, etc. by Sonel, SINUS, AID-70М.
